Let me take you back to the beginning. It was 2018, I was in Portugal just playing around, throwing my legs up in the air and I discovered the 'sweet spot' for the first time. I jumped for joy and celebrated because it was in that moment that I knew it was possible to actually find balance and remain upside down for more than a single second. It was in that moment, I had already succeeded. So i left it, and came back to it, realising that there was a lot of technique to be learnt. Developing my handstand practice more in the last 2 years has led me to be able to hold the handstand like I can today.
