Tuesday - Strength & Balance

In Falmouth, at the Pendennis Leisure Centre

This popular class is perfect for those of you who want to build strength without going to the gym. If you want to get better at balance but you don't fancy yoga. We mostly use chairs to support you in balance, and we use the chair to sit down whilst doing various other exercises which are good for hips, and wrists.

This class is good for 50+ and rehabilitation from injury.

Tuesday - Gentle Yoga

In Mylor, at The Ord Statter Pavillion

We get together at 17:45 on Tuesdays, and we spend 50 minutes moving through a few different yoga postures.

There is space between poses to give you time for transitioning between one move and the next.
Please come along to this class if you are beginning yoga or would like an enjoyable and gentle evening class.
