Sound Healing Yoga in Mylor

You will feel totally comfortable at this restorative event. 
There will be blankets and cushions for you to relax with, please also bring your own.  
We'll encourage deep relaxation and somatic release as the healing vibrations of the_reiki_fairy resonate through your entire body. Chelsey and Tina have hosted this event before and it was an immersive way to unwind. 
If you'd like to join in with us and sit on a chair you can absolutely stay seated on a chair. 

Mylor is a small town near Falmouth, and the Ord Statter is located on the Playing Fields. 
There will be some tea available.

Come and immerse yourself in the sound, and rest with us on a chilly winters evening.
