4 Week Beginners Yoga

Join me for this beginners course if you are somebody that's up for a slow and steady introduction to yoga. We'll be exploring basic body awareness and a variety of yoga postures. Throughout the month you should be able to build up your 'yoga practice' with knowledge and ease. Please contact me if you'd like to chat things through before booking.  

Where? It'll be at Pure Yoga on Lambs Lane. The address is 3 Hayman Way, Falmouth TR11 2JN
When? 8th April at 18:00. Please arrive beforehand so we can make the most of our time. 

Week One will be what is yoga? Where we can learn to arrive on the mat with intention for our practice. We will do a 50 minute gentle yoga practice. Developing intention

Week Two we will learn the sun salutation and how to use this as a warm up or a foundation for a full yoga practice. Along with a gentle yoga practice. Developing knowledge & flow 

Week Three will be more like a restorative practice, where we'll do mostly lying down poses. We hold poses for a longer time so that your body has the chance to really rest. Developing inner peace & flexibility 

Week Four will be fun for us to practice standing poses using the support of the wall if we need to. Balancing and finding your boundaries. Developing balance & breathe.
